 The time when someone is free and use that time for his/her enjoyment is Leisure means time for Self.

On our everyday life of kids, job, house chores & bla.bla.., we deeply seated ourselves on those and hardly think about self and thus neglect our self-time. With this fast-tracked life at some point of time comes when your physical and mental ability unable to respond properly.you may feel stress, anger, sudden mood swings or something like your body says" you need change".So Friends, before you get this circumstance you should design your self-time and act well ahead.

Make time for yourself.

One of the habits that most of us fail to implement in our lives is to enjoy some self-time -- or "me" time. Do one little thing that you love doing each and every day. It's not always about achievement and success. By doing one small thing that you love, you're actually instilling peace of mind and soul.

Regardless of whether you tune in to your preferred music siphoning through earphones, go for a stroll through the recreation centre, go for a drive along your preferred street, watch a film, or whatever else besides, be certain that you generally cut out some an ideal opportunity for yourself in the day.



How to make leisure time? What are the benefits of it?

  • Firstly, think about the times or days when you can really detach with your work whether it can be weekends or a public holiday or a vacation plan yearly/monthly.
  • Make a list of activities or your hobbies and sort out which are the things you want to do now or later(in some time) like any game, art, Travelling, music, dance, swimming etc.
  • Stick that list in the eye-catchy area so that you can see that frequently and it reminds you to plan accordingly.
  • In the hobby list check for the hobby, you wanted to learn from long but couldn't. once got, highlight that in the list and make a schedule for that when to accomplish.
  • Now plan for a short or long trip, an extravaganza for the whole year or nearing months so that flights/Train/Hotel bookings can be done in advance and with more choices.
  • A day out plan also works fine when you have less time for self.
When you listen to your body, your body will listen too and gives you miraculous energy.
