Simple Exercises to do at home for beginners: The biggest challenge we face now to have some time for our health. Knowing the fact that exercise is very important to have a healthy & balanced life, still, we lack to maintain the consistency. Alsodue to some practical reason like busy schedule mood or laziness make doing exercise challenging.

Exercise has divine benefits - from improving energy, mood, sleep, and health to reducing anxiety, stress, and depression. But friends, do you mind spending 20 -30 minutes only from your daily regime? 

Yes! Right:)

The fact that there is no other alternative of exercise in-spite it can be planned very smartly to fit in our timespan. Lets's know simple exercises to do at home for beginners in just 20 minutes every day. 

Being a mom of two and working mother it's really challenging for me to allow some time for exercises! but health is wealth! So, no compromise on health! I have prepared a smart routine for my daily work out that's very easy, quick and effective!

By following those I really get fit, energized & productive throughout the day. 

Let's explore that:

5 days a week of 20-30 minute is my mantra.

A daily routine of about 45 minutes is absolutely fantastic but at least 4 to 5 days a week and of 20 minutes minimum should also work and much better than doing nothing. So just pick any 5 days for 20 minutes per day with the slot of morning or evening, usually, morning is the best time!

Best Exercises To Do At Home

Exercises have divine benefits but a bit challenging to give more time if we invest just a few minutes everyday doing simple yet effective exercises. Here are the simple easy and best exercises to do at home which I do personally with my family.
I have framed some combinations of powerful & easy exercises for 5 days which should be doable and impactful.  Following are those combinations of Yoga and Pranayam, strengthening exercises & stretching exercises of 20 minutes each.

Combo 1:  Yoga and Pranayam

        4 Minute yoga - 1 minute each

        16 Minutes Pranayam – 3 minutes each          

1      1 Min Shavasana

Combo 2:  Strengthening Exercises and Pranayam

8 Minute strengthening exercises 

        12 Minutes Pranayam - 3 minutes each

 Combo 3:    Brisk Walking and Sukhasana

15 min Brisk walking: Brisk Walking means moderately speed walk. Doing a brisk walk in the morning or in the evening do benefit a lot. It is also a good substitute of other simple workouts if regularly done at a good speed and for a decent distance. Usually, it is measured as 100 steps per minute. So do  Brisk walking for at least 15 minutes with your friends or partner.

5 Minute - Sukhasana                                                   

      Start doing any of the combos above in 5 days a week whichever combo you like on that particular day but use all 3 to have a balanced workout routine!

              Apart from Fitness, you need to take care of some more things to be Fit & Active.

  6 Tips to Stay Healthy

  • 1.  Don't sit for a long time: Take some gap in between, it may affect your metabolism. Working on Laptop for hours also not good for eyes as well as health.

         2.  Healthy Diet: Unless your overall diet pattern will be good your fitness won't work at all. Diet is the main constituent of your bodybuilding, so get it proper. Know here the Healthy diet plan and basic guidelines of day to day meal planning.    

         3. Do Your Health check-up in a frequent interval, at least once a year: If you are above 30 then you must do a yearly full-body check-up If you have any health issue, then must follow you are the doctor suggested routine check-up.

         4. Strictly No to Tobacco : Even if you give a lot of attention to your body in many ways but having a habit of smoking, tobacco etc. have sooner or later terribly affect your body. Alcohol should be restricted to a very limited quantity.

         5. Value your Sleep: To be fit and exercise regularly your body needs proper rest. Exhaust bodies can’t digest the exercises. Do have sleep for 6-8 hours every day.

 6.     6. Be Positive & Happy: Above all you did and but still sad or not happy then nothing will work.            Your happiness and positivity bring the magic in all of your activity.

    Note that expecting too much, too soon only leads to frustration. So please try not to be discouraged by what you can’t accomplish or how far you have to go to reach your fitness goals. Instead of obsessing over results, just focus on consistency.
