Simple Exercises to do at home for beginners: The biggest challenge we face now to have some time for our health. Knowing the fact that exercise is very important to have a healthy & balanced life, still, we lack to maintain the consistency. Also, due to some practical reason like busy schedule mood or laziness make doing exercise challenging.
Exercise has divine benefits - from improving energy, mood, sleep, and health to reducing anxiety,
stress, and depression. But friends, do you mind spending 20 -30 minutes only from your daily regime?
Yes! Right:)
The fact that there is no other alternative of exercise in-spite it can be planned very smartly to fit in our timespan. Lets's know simple exercises to do at home for beginners in just 20 minutes every day.
Being a mom of two and working mother it's really
challenging for me to allow some time for exercises! but health is wealth!
So, no compromise on health! I have prepared a smart routine for my daily work out that's
very easy, quick and effective!
By following those I really get fit, energized &
productive throughout the day.
5 days a week of 20-30 minute is my mantra.

Best Exercises To Do At Home
Combo 1: Yoga and Pranayam
4 Minute yoga - 1 minute each
16 Minutes Pranayam – 3
minutes each

Min Shavasana
Combo 2: Strengthening Exercises and Pranayam
8 Minute strengthening exercises

Minutes Pranayam - 3 minutes each
Combo 3: Brisk Walking and Sukhasana
15 min Brisk walking: Brisk Walking means moderately speed walk. Doing a brisk walk in the morning or in the evening do benefit a lot. It is also a good substitute of other simple workouts if regularly done at a good speed and for a decent distance. Usually, it is measured as 100 steps per minute. So do Brisk walking for at least 15 minutes with your friends or partner.
5 Minute - Sukhasana
Start doing any of the combos above in 5 days a week whichever combo you like on that particular day but use all 3 to have a balanced workout routine!
If Note that you have any particular issue like back pain or muscle strain etc, please do consult with your doctor before starting the exercises mentioned.
Apart from Fitness, you need to take care of some more things to be Fit & Active.
